How long we keep information
Order information: when you place an order for goods and services, we retain that information permanently unless you request its deletion after placing an order.
When you make a purchase or attempt to do so, we collect specific information, including your name, billing and shipping addresses, payment details (credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. This information is termed "Order Information." In this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" encompasses both Device Information and Order Information.
Correspondence and enquiries: when you make an enquiry or correspond with us for any reason, by email, we will retain your information for as long as it takes to respond to and resolve your enquiry, and for 6 further months, after which point we will delete your information.
